Gang.... what's popping! Hope y’all are well and staying blessed as usual! How is it March?  This week was kind of uneventful, but good! Let’s hop into this thing.

The number of people calling us Jehovah's Witnesses is insane. And people think they are slick, saying it in Amharic, one day I answered back in Amharic. It surprised them, so that was fun 😁.  We met with the Tuts family, and we are hoping the parents will let their kids get baptized soon 🤞

Today was good, sadly all our lessons got canceled, so instead we went out finding.  We got approached by a guy who just wanted to bible bash, and he cursed us using the Lord's name in vain. God will handle him.  😊 That was about it for the day

Today we had an awesome lesson with our friend named Samson. We taught him the entire restoration, which I don’t love doing because it is a lot to teach and understand all in one lesson. After they we went to a school that our Branch president works. We helped the children with Math.  It made me realize that I do not know enough math Amharic words.  I will be working on that over the next few weeks, so I can be of more help. But don’t worry, the Lord will provide. Funny story, we had to walk back from the school to our apartment, and it took about 2 hours 👍

Today was a good day! We had a morning lesson and then went to a member’s home. His name is Getahun! He is awesome! (Don’t worry mom I’ll get a photo soon) A new area will probably open here really soon, and Getahun will be an amazing member to help with this.

Good day, many lessons, and they were lowkey on fire. We did translation for some sister missionaries in Germany, which basically means they just tell me what they want to say, and I pretty much taught the lesson to an Ethiopian living in Germany.  So, I guess that means I’m kind of good at Amharic 🤣 (I’M NOT!!!!)

March 1st

These little girls got baptized, and it was beautiful to see. For reference, they are all blind, but they know this is true!

March 2nd

Nothing crazy today, just vibing and cleaning, listening to Amharic music

Have a good week y’all! Don’t do stupid stuff,

Love,
